The modern kitchen living is high quality furnished with a nature stone kitchen work top, a 4 burner induktion cook top with integrated extractor fan, a large fridge, a 3 drawer freezer, a dishwascher, a stove and a micro wave. Tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, several cooking equipment, a cooker and a coffee machine are waiting for the chief of the holiday group.

The large seating area with wonderful views of the mountains through the panoramic window offers a fine place to eat, chat and relax. The partly roofed terrace is equipped with a large table, chairs and a large parasol.
