The bathroomhas a shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet. The powerful shower with view on the beautiful nature picture seduces to a longer shower session. The modern kitchen living is high quality furnished with a nature stone kitchen work top, a 4 burner induktion cook top with integrated extractor fan, a large fridge, a 3 drawer freezer, a dishwascher, a stove and a micro wave. Tableware, cutlery, pots and pans, several cooking equipment, a cooker and a coffee machine are waiting for the chief of the holiday group.

The large sitting area with beautiful view on the playground and the mountains through the panoramic window is with her big soft pillows a nice place to eat, talk and relax. The partly roofed terrace has 9m² and is equipped with a large table, nice seats and a big parasol. The terrace offers a direct view on the playground, only separated from the garden by a bike and hike road.
